<p>I have been praising them regards their service and even recruited friends to join until I have to claim to realise how painful they can be. They reqest very personal information which was never indicated in plan conditions.</p>

Good day Thabani I see your response which is not addressing my concern which is around turnaround time. The promise and advert that one placed in the public is what sell the product and failure to comply is subject of misleading advert and terrible service. What frustrate more is the manner in which you are approached by personnel who supposed to be helpful.
