Tshidi Molepo is exceptional.

<p>Just days before Christmas me and my wife decided that we needed to buy our long awaited second car. We found the car we wanted and I got a quote from Discovery Insure on the 23rd December 2016. I needed proof of insurance to go fetch my car and the email system was slow and after dealling with an agent who promised to send the letter immediatly failed i called again frankly annoyed but Tshidi was reassuring and did everything in her capacity to generate the letter and send it to me while we spoke on the phone. This shows her dedication and a great reflection on DIscovery Insure's promise for great customer service. Tshidi was awesome. Thanks for your efforts. Oh and I got my car on time.</p>
