Tshidi Molepo - going above and beyond with service delivery

<p>I recently activated a new vehicle on my Discovery Insure policy and also cancelled another. Despite there being system glitches on the IT side, she managed to assist with all my requirements, kept me in the loop with the status of my activation and kept her word to contact me on the dates and at the times we scheduled.
