Tshidi Molepo

I usually do not (and did not) expect a lot from Discovery Insure when I called before 9am on 16 August 2019 to cancel my policy following the receipt of a notification that my premium would increase. Despite making my intention known from the start of the conversation, Tshidi Molepo gave me an excellent service that changed my perception completely. She was "professional friendly" and resolved an up-to-that-call unidentified year-long problem with my policy. She also advised me on how to get the best out of my policy. Did I cancel my policy? Hell no! Thanks Tshidi for retaining me and restoring my confidence in Discovery Insure.
