I am complimenting this to Tshidi Malatji in your liability team. there was a claim previous consultant who seems did not attend to it completing and reverted back to discovery client broker, who does take all steps to protect his client. Tshidi took initiative and called to discuss the matter an, which i do think a call solves everything rather than being email senders.
