Truly terrible support for known issues

I have been waiting for 5 months for Discovery to resolve something. I have tried calling and every time after +-30 minutes on the phone I get told that they will let me know how it goes.

This is truly terrible service from people who have a serious disinterest in keeping their paying customers happy.
