Truck accident report from Discovery

My truck took of on its own through a wall. now I have a R10 000 excess which I understand BUT 10% of the claim I must also pay because there was no driver in the truck + and this one got me. another R5000.00 of the claim I must pay, because there was not another vehicle that wat involved in the accident.

so now I must pay 42% of the claim amount.
