Trips & Scoring : ****s and ****mers

I’m the regular driver for my wife Hlobsile Zulu (email: ***).

I’m really upset about the way you are dealing with this trips & scoring points issue. Today (28 October 2023)?you decided to wipe all my remaining points for NO reason at all. It is recorded that I was using cellphone during today, non of us in the car ever used a cellphone phone during my last trip today. It never rang at all, not my wife’s phone, not mine, not my kids. I think once, whoever or whatever is recording these trips, realises the perfection of my driving, then they decide to ensure that my points don’t increase by diverting deductions of my points to a nonexistent cellphone use.

This is unfair and I may decide to remove this discovery insure ****ming recording device and opt for another insurance. They are many of them out there by the way, in case you forgot. I don’t deal with ****s and ****mers.
