Trips History Report

Disgusted to T with Discovery to say the least. After cancelling the vehicle insure policy because of many maladministration im now sent from pillar to post about my request for data of my trips while i was still covered. Its been a month now waiting for response. Mind you, I still have 3 more products with a company that seem to care about how much they make from me that to assist where necessary.<br> All the people i have talked to seem to suggest that soon as i cancel the policy, the data also gets deleted, really ? in this day and age where legalities require companies to keep clients information for atleast 5 years before it gets deleted. I need my record for the past financial year because i need to file with Sars but it seems like they couldn't help and their C-track partner couldnt help because i took the deal via discovery. how true is this ?<br> This makes me think again about, why am i still paying discovery for my medical aid, vitality and Life Policy, when there so many companies out there looking for a share in my wallet?...operation cancel all with discovery has just started....
