Trips allocation
Discovery insure is no allocating all trips driven despite having the location, the blue tooth and data on. Especially long distances.

Our Vitality Drive team have advised they reached out to you to assist with the issues you've been experiencing. As confirmed by them, the reason your trips are not being recorded properly is because your "Battery Optimization" is currently turned on and this is resulting in your phone closing your Insure app and preventing it from running in the background to conserve battery power. The Insure app must always be running in the background while driving to properly record your trips.
Please follow the below directions to correct the settings on your phone.
- Apps > Special access > Battery optimization > Click DI app > Select "Don't allow”
Go to Settings on the phone
· Click on Apps
· Then select App Launch
· Under the Manage Automatically heading scroll and look for INSURE – then Toggle to OFF
· A pop up will appear with Auto Launch, Secondary Launch and Run in Background turned ON – Then press OK
Please reassess after updating your settings and let us know if you experience any further issues.
