I submitted my cellphone claim on the Discovery app on Saturday 21st March 2020, after it was ****** recently. On Monday morning I was contacted by Treasure Mhlongo via email. We spoke on Tuesday morning. It was clear that he wanted to resolve my issue, his manner and professionalism assured me of this immediately.

Within an hour after finalizing my claim and obtaining a quote, I was contacted by My Mobile to arrange the delivery of my cellphone!! Losing a cellphone really sets one back, but dealing with Discovery has been such a breeze!! Thank you Treasure Mhlongo for being on the ball and assisting with such promptness. Now I will be able to stay in touch whilst on lock-down.
