Travel Insurance

Extremely disappointed in Discovery's Travel Insurance department, They had every excuse in the book not to compensate me for a cancelled flight and i had to book another one on short notice, just so i could get to my destination on time. for every email that's been bouncing up and down for almost a months, there is an answer or another clause somewhere in the policy that points to the 1000's of reasons why they would not compensate me. Travel insurance through discovery is non existent unless your specific scenario ticks every single box that they could think of. Would 100% not recommend anyone to trust discovery's travel insurance policy
