Tracking unit does not exist

What a disaster. Tracking unit does not exist! I am a discovery member for 9 years now and my medical aid, insurance, discovery bank, invest, everything is with discovery. Last week I notice that I do not get any notifications from discovery insure. I phoned them and the lady said I must go to a tyger wheel and tyre because she can pick up that the unit does not work. I went to twt that afternoon(11Feb), now this is where it gets out of hand. TWT look on the system and wanted to fit the white unit in my car, I said the the guy, I have never had such a unit in my car, I have the unit that is hidden somewhere in my car. He phoned discovery to clear this. The person he spoke to told him that there are NO unit in my car. Yes, listen to this, there are NO unit in my car. So how did I alway track my trips? With no unit? I decided to phone them myself, I soke to Bongani, I asked him how is it possible that discovery says there are no unit in my car? He went on to the system and said the system shows that I must have a white unit, I told him that I am not the crazy one here, my car does not have the white unit in, my car have the unit in that is hidden somewhere. So he tried to fix it, between him and TWT they triet to change it so that the system must say I have the hidden unit in. But they could not do it, the system did not want to change. Then Bongani said he must revert this problem to the IT department and that he will phone me back tomorrow which will be 12 February. Needless to say, today is 17 February and I have not heard anything back from anyone at discovery. So now I would like to know my points that I must earn while driving, whos loss is it if I am still waiting for Bongani to phone me back? I spoke to Tsholofelo today and she also said she will phone me back after she heard back from the escalation department. Do you think I will hear from her ever again? No, that is what I also think. Who is taking the loss here? Hmmmm thought so.....
