Tracking devices are inacurate

Hi,

I've had the Discovery Insure tracking devices installed in both of our vehicles. I started noticing in the app, that there regularly appears to be "Goal Reset" events as part of the Vitality goals. I started querying them about one specific reset event - giving them the screen shot from the app showing the address where the speeding event supposedly happened. The reply I got from them was inaccurate and unprofessional. It showed a speeding event some distance from the supposed speeding event (the GPS location pointed to an open field without any road on it). After querying them again of the inaccurate information, I got no further reply.

My concern goes further than just their unprofessional conduct and inaccurate devices. I got the devices installed as a safety measure to locate a ****** or hijacked vehicle. If the device is not accurate, why am I paying such a large monthly premium? What if someone's live is at stake and the device is as inaccurate as was shown here?
