TRACKING DEVICE NOT INSTALLED YET!

Good afternoon,I would like to let you know how disappointed I am with Discovery Insure. I have taken our insurance on my car and home contents with Discovery last month. I was contacted recently to arrange for the tracking system to be installed in my car and the lady who I spoke to confirmed that they would install it on the 12th of June at 3pm. I arranged my whole day to be at home at 3pm but nobody came and nobody bothered to let me know. Then I received an sms the following week confirming that someone from Discovery was going to install the tracking system the following Friday, 19 June at 3pm. I arranged my whole day again to be at home on Friday at 3pm. Then I received a call from a lady from Discover, saying that the driver has tried to get hold of me all day and that I didn't answer the phone, which is not true. I kept my phone with me all day, fully charged. I asked her to let the driver know that I was at home and still waiting for him. He then phoned me saying that he couldn't find my house and decided to go home at 3:30pm. I then said to him I would like someone from Discovery to contact me to rearrange - I'm still waiting. This is a joke!!!
