Tracker Problems

I have had my car for four years without any problems .Recently has issues with the battery I changed it to a new one but the problem did not go away .Sent the car to the dealership was told that my battery was fine and I should contact the insurance to have them check the tracker (to see if the battery of the tracker is not feeding off my car battery ) .I contacted my insurance and they told me to send the battery for a battery drainage test so that they can have documented evidence that my battery is fine and then they can send the technician.I am irritated by this because how difficult is it for them to send someone to check their tracker because I did not even want a tracker .This issue has already incoveninced me to the point that my car was towed away .
