Tracker gone wild

my dad recently joined discovery and they installed a tracker on his car. The technician fiddled with the wires and damaged the cars wiring, the car was sent to the dealership for assessment and was repaired. Now he had to carry the costs even though it was not his fault. Discovery please reimburse and stop reading off poor people. Fix your error.
