TP claim

I have waited for days and made follow ups. the person who was responsible for my TPC said I did not submit the no claims letter, yet I submitted it, when I made a follow up the person continued ignoring me, and today I made a follow up again and he did not want to speak to me, then he sent me this message "our clients main claim has been rejected due to terms and conditions of the policy not met", without giving me any valid reason as to why this.

We have been with discovery for over a decade now, but this clearly shows that they don't care about their client/customers. We planned to moved all our cars to be insured by them but this now.
