Towing Assistance

I received a very friendly and useful service from William Machitiso when I required emergency assistance.

I was driving and my coolant bottle burst. Pulling over to the road I opted for the call back option on the app. Within a minute or so I received a call from William, offering me assistance. They new my location and where my car has stopped. He then proceeded to arrange a flat bed towing truck for my vehicle. The towing truck came in about 30 min and towed me to my mechanics workshop.

The entire experience dealing with the insurance was a breeze, and I would highly recommend them for their road side assistance. Great job William!
