Towed the my car and left...

I wish to complain about Discovery Insurance plus its employees ( Deilup: very rude to my sister, Mpho and Kevin) who refused to assist me as their Client. I was assisted yesterday (2018/01/17) after discovering that my car could not be driven on my way to Bethlehem. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted my insurance, tow truck was sent and my car towed to my place. This morning 2018/01/18 at 07:50 was told that nothing could be done about my problem, car was never diagnosed but they suspect mechanical failure and i must take my car in @ VW Bethlehem. The unfortunate part is that i must get my own tow truck and they dumped the car in my yard. I believe that this response is unfair because i joining the insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
