Tow eye cap messed up

I have car insurance with discovery,last week I asked for my car to be towed,a tow truck was sent to my place by discovery.the guy that came to tow my car messed up my tow eye cap,He knocked it with something that was sharp and now the cap doesn't go in properly.I have tried calling discovery a couple of times but I have been told to call the same number I have dialled and selecte different numbers,well I did that until I spoke to a lady by the name of Slindile who hanged up on me then when I called again I had to hold for more than 10 minutes to be put through on voicemail.I am very concern about how my car now looks in front because the tow truck driver was seen hitting it too hard with something and I need it to be fixed cause now it looks like an old car and as if I have knocked something,I would not spend money on a paint that I did not mess up
