Totally Disgusted!!!

<p>Just got off the phone with Super Body Repairs who you sent my vehicle to get repaired, was told that you want them to use GENERIC parts. Whoever authorised this must realise that I will under no circumstance accept my vehicle if you do this. The process will only take longer if you choose to go this way. </p> <p> </p> <p>Was on the phone now with Hyundai and because Super Body Repairs is affiliated with H.A.R.P. I am now registered with them too. What it basically means that whatever cost you find the generic part at, they will offer you the original part at the same price.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted that this is what I have to go through just to get my car repaired even after taking your full comprehensive cover for my insurance. Instead of our policies decreasing every year, you increase it because according to you the cost of parts increases every year. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were involved in a shocking 'hit and run' accident and you make no attempt to catch the culprit or offer any support, you should at the least make sure I get my vehicle back near perfect to what it was. I don't want this to continue on this path, please assist.</p>
