Total appreciation to the service i received

The level of understanding and efficient service I received from Mr Sbu Kolondiya was beyond amazing.

I was in a car accident and he remained on the line with me until he knew for sure that i was fine. He understood my paranoia with a particular tow truck company and patiently listened to my concerns. He kept me updated with the situation and made followups even post the accident just to make sure I was really fine. Sbu, if you do get to read this at some point, please know that I am eternally grateful to you for your assistance on this day. I was a mess and very hard on you when we first spoke, you calmed me down continued to lookout for my best interests. The light humor in this moment was well received. Thank you for being a source of sanity on this day.

Discovery, you are truly blessed to have a person like Sbu on your team, he took care of me in a moment where I was alone at an accident scene - he stayed on the line whilst I was dealing with the people around me (I was the only female at the scene). Please pass my total appreciation to him.
