Well..... as it goes with Insurance you only need it when something bad happens.....
But to my surprise Susan Olifant from the claims call center dealt with this matter swiftly and professionally !!
1. Accident happened on Wed 5 June 2. Claimed logged on Thur 6 June 3. Vehicle assessed and claim approved on Fri 7 June 4. Vehicle taken to Panel Beaters on Mon 10 Jun 5. Took 5 minutes to arrange a rental car
All I have to say - SUSAN - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!! If all employees are as friendly and efficient as you then it must be a great place to work !!!
