Top class service from a top class individual
Have just been assisted by Donovan Hattingh in the Claims department regarding the authorizing of my claim. He kindly explained very clearly what was occurred with my claim and the next steps required. For once it is refreshing to deal with an individual in this industry who believes in client service.
