Too expensive when making changes to my policy! Premium value based on claims, not my no claim status!!

I recently bought a Garmin Fenix 5 watch to replace my Apple Watch. I called Discovery Insure to have the Apple Watch removed from my policy and replace with the new Garmin watch. There is only a R1500.00 difference in value between the 2 watches.

The premium increased 10 times, when I queried why the high increase I was told that there could have been a high amount of claims on portable possessions. This is just poor form Discovery, I haven't claimed in 2 years since joining Discovery, how can a premium increase 10 times and my claim history isnt taken into account.

I will be assessing my entire insurance policy, this is a small item but speaks volumes of your business and how you value loyal and claim free clients.
