Tired of not being able to sort things out

I would just like to share that although Discovery Insure is a good reputable company, I'm beginning to change my mind about them. They state that you get feul cashbacks, up to date I've never received any of that.. Received the promotional 25% cashbacks, but they skipped one payment now.. The Vitality drive gadget installed in my vehicle hasn't done its job till now and after numerous complaints via email its still not sorted out. They dont even bother to reply with a solution to the problems I'm experiencing either. Just excuses and apologies.. Now after I decided to skip a payment and try to force them to phone me, their Chief Operating Officer, François Theron, responded with a threatening email that they will suspend my policy and I will forfeit my benefits if the second debit order bounce after 15days from the last time they tried to debit.. The second cashback after the last one not paid is almost due aswell already. I'm really not amused, and no one at discovery insure, up to date, could actually have the decency to contact me and find a solution to my problems. And don't know what to do about it otherwise.
