While my claim took longer than expected to resolve due to delays from Discovery Insure’s third-party suppliers (an area where partner/SP selection could be improved), this review focuses solely on Discovery Insure’s claim handling process.

Throughout the process, I was primarily assisted by Shaylin Govender, who consistently went above and beyond.

Shaylin was proactive in following up with service providers, promptly communicated updates, and ensured I was kept informed at every step. Despite the delays caused by third parties, Discovery Insure’s handling of the claim was transparent, honest, and reliable, which I greatly appreciated.
