yesterday morning i received a call from the tracking department checking if our vehicle was fine as they picked up an alert. i informed the person my husband had the vehicle and i was at home. the person asked for my husbands contact number. within 2minutes he called me back with feedback and mentioned my husband dropped the call after he introduced himself and he tried calling back twice but my husband did not answer. he asked if i could contact my husband from my side and if there is any crisis i should immediately contact the call centre. at the time i only got the callers name Riaan. i was so happy with him having the courtesy for calling me back with feedback and going that extra mile.<br> this morning i called Shaunay Williams who usually assists myself and my husband with our policies to ask if she could please trace the person who called me yesterday only having his first name. in a matter of minutes she could give me Riaan Ramthal's full name. <br> To Riaan Ramthal and Shaunay Williams, thank you sooo much for your hardwork and efforts. it is employees such as yourselves that carry your companies name with very high standards. i would recommend Discovery to anybody!!!!
