Phumi from your client service center gave me the greatest service this morning! I'm from a dealership and I've been trying to resolve an issue regarding a mutual client's cover for over a week. Phumi stayed on the line with me until my issue was resolved. It's great dealing with people who are knowledgeable and empowered to assist without having to be transferred or wait for approval from someone more senior. Give Phumi a fat bonus this Dec, she's a shining star in your team.

I spoke to Ugeshnee (apologies for butchering the spelling of your name) and another gentleman whose name eludes me now. All 3 people were very professional and willing to assist. Team work makes the dream work. To management: you have great people working for you, show them that they are valued - this post could have gone the other direction considering (as mentioned above) it took over a week....
