Three weeks Later and still no responce.

Good day<br> i am a Discovery insurere of which i think is a big mistake , Two Months ago we had an accident and i reversed into a car at our local Spar. At first the first lady who assisted us didn't know the process her name was natash ,anyway we then got in touch with the third party claim department the guy sent the forms and the third party completed and sent back , my husband asked the agent if all is in order and he didnt respond up until today three weeks later , the third party people are elderly and is unable to keep getting back to discovery and ask what is happening , they come and ask us and it is our responsibility to get their car fixed, but the insurnce we currently have is not assisting and doing their part. i can believe that i have to struggle with a big and well know company like Discovery. This is ******* and i apy my insurance i dont get it for Free.
