Three Calls in 16 Hours After I Said No – Not Respectful

I appreciate that Discovery Insure is trying to reach potential customers, but I must share my negative experience. Within less than 16 hours, I received three separate calls from their team, all trying to give me a quote — despite the fact that I had already made it very clear that I am not interested.

This kind of persistence feels intrusive and dismissive of a customer’s boundaries. A respectful approach would be to honor a clear “no, thank you” and avoid repeated follow-ups.

I hope Discovery Insure reconsiders its call practices, because this experience left me feeling harassed rather than valued.
