This is What Insurance is supposed to be about

2 years ago we lost everything in an armed *******. At the time I was with Hollard Insurance who were absolutely dreadful. They looked for every excuse to avoid paying out fair value that was lost, despite me being a diligent client with no claims for 17 years

I have been very wary of Insurance companies since then, and a couple of years ago joined Discovery Insure. Our TV recently got damaged with all the loadshedding we experienced, and I envisioned having the same claim headaches, and hurdles I had get through, and many emails back and forwards and general painful procedure I had experienced with Hollard.

Imagine my surprise after a few days of assessing, telephonic claim procedure with Nombulelo Hegeni, who was very pleasant and professional called me to tell me my TV would be replaced and delivered to my house.
