This is not about a bad claim gone bad

To anyone who is thinking of taking out insurance with Discovery, think long and hard before proceeding. What happens after you leave them is shocking.<br> <br> So when taking out insurance you agree to have a tracking system fitted. You also agree to return it when you leave them. This is where my complaint starts. What they do to you car is absolutely shocking as it is no longer their problem. <br> <br> They send a technician out to remove the device. The guy who rocks up ripped my car apart looking for it.. After 45 min of looking and not finding it i had to stop him. He was damaging my car looking for it. It turns out in his search for it he broke the clips that held my trimming in place. They then deny any responsibility. Basically all liability is shifted from them to the manufacturer of the car. It says the clips on my car was to soft. There is more but i dont have space to write it all. This is just a warning to anyone thinking about taking out discovery insurance. They damage your car and blame the manufacturers engineers for building \soft"clips. This is what was reported back to them.<br> <br> This is just a warning..You get what you pay for with these people"""
