This is bull and you know it

<p>There is a claim that is included on the claim history even when they paid a cent of it since I decided to try and fix the issue myself and the thank you I get is this? I could not allow someone to claim to be doing stuff that I saw was not needed and the sad part is, they refused to even give me the breakdown of the claim and it was actually going to be a lot more than tha actual pump. This cost me only 44 rands for the glue to fix the pipe 600and you were charged over R6000, come on!</p>
