This is a review for Willie Scholtz specifically!

I have had horribly TERRIBLE service from Discover Insure in the past. Today however I called their roadside assist and spoke with I have not ordinarily had great service from Discovery but today Willie Scholtz. It's really true when they say its not about the company but who you deal with! Willie Scholtz was so polite, and super efficient. He called back when he promised he would and got my issue resolved in no time. I only wish your were the one training everyone else across the entire Discovery Insure on what great customer service looks like!
