This blew me over!!!!

I had a small mishap with my vehicle and as Discovery is my Insurer I contacted them with regards to submitting a claim. The person I dealt with (Vulindlela Simphiwe Ntsele) total blew me over with his professionalism, the courteous manner in which he handled my claim, his friendly demeanor as well as regular feedback with regards to my claim (without me having to do follow-up by myself which seems to be the norm nowadays).
