Third Party Insurance Claim - Don't choose Discovery!

In making a Third Party claim for a bumper bashing that was not my fault - Discovery Insure have been nothing sort of pathetic! I am so glad I don't insure my car with them! Have it on good authority that they are buying time on this claim - 6 weeks and counting.
