Third party claims are a struggle with discovery

A Discovery client bumped in to my car. They forwarded my claim to Discovery and I was appointed Name of consultant: Themba, email address: *** and telephone number: *** to work on my claim. I have called numerous times and emailed with no response. I am a single mum sitting with no transport, this is not fair and very unprofessional of Themba. Being a discovery client myself i cant understand his behaviour. this is super frustrating as my time lapse will soon fall away to claim from my own insurance if Themba does not catch a wake up.
