THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST DISCOVER INSURE!!! NO!!!NO!!!

I have been involved in a car accident with one of the Discovery Insurance commercial clients. Their client was kind enough to admit fault and to refer me to their insurer (Discovery Insurance) to claim for the damages. I provided all the necessary documents, you would think my claim would run seamlessly. NO!!! guess again, I provided all the necessary documents on 24 August 2024 - till this day, I am still waiting for my claim to be finalised.

I sent follow up emails and not only was (and still is) the specialist handling my case ghosting me (not responding to my emails), even their general third-party email was ghosting me. In essence, no one was providing me with an update on my claim, even when I requested for an update, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. What a horrible experience!!! - If you are considering processing your third-party claims against Discovery insurance - Just know you are in for a long ride!!!
