THIRD PARTY CLAIM - WORST SERVICE

Have a third party claim against Discovery Insurance. The matter was allocated to the consultant (Thabiso) on 17 March 2022. No correspondence on emails whatsoever, and if they reply after 7-10 days it is an one line email to waste more time. Manager /Sandton office (Vekash) and consultant ignore questions regarding settlement offer. Discovery Insure deduct settlement discounts from settlement offers even if you don’t use their preferred supplier. Which can’t be explained or justified not even to mention *******!! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and service!
