third party claim that was logged on the 27/10/2017 but has not been paid even today

a discovery client bumped into my business car on the 27/10/17.she admitted that she was wrong.all necessary documents were submitted on time after the accident but my claim has not been paid out even today.this has affected my business because i cant used a damaged car for business.its been three months now and still my claim has not been paid.they don't even update me on the claim. I've been waiting for too long.i don't even want feedback,i want them to payout my claim so that i can fix my car and carry on with business.
