Third party claim non service

Hellopeter should allow for 0 stars to be allocated for 0 service. I have been waiting for Thabiso from Discovery to furnish a third party car assessment, which he has had for at least 3 weeks. The Discovery driver who caused the accident had his car repaired within 10 days. Mine is still waiting....
