Third Party Claim Hell!!

Its been 3 months and Discovery Insure is still avoiding me. No courtesy calls nothing! Still trying to reach Themba but no answer on his landline. I send emails no response! They are pathetic. My poor bmw is standing in my garage collecting dust because Discovery Insure wont settle my claim they are too damn cheap!!

I have rep**** to your previous reply as well and nobody called me. You've asked me in your reply to contact the call centre who could not assist me As my claim is with the legal department. The claims advisor is Themba Mkhabela His direct no is ********** 138. Ive sent emails and tried calling him but he never responds. My claim no is ********** . Your client who knocked into us her vehicle is most probably repaired and poor us still without a car.
