Third party claim

Im having the absolute worst experience with a claim. I'm busy with a third party claim and discovery is dragging their feet with everything. I submitted all the all relevant documents on the 26 March 2024 only to be told on the 09 April that the Natis document doesn't appear on their side. Fine I sent it again on the 9th and I was sent confirmation of the receipt. Only today 17 April the document is sent to the evaluators.

It's disgusting how you guys treat third party claims, if my car was not drivable are you telling me I would be sitting 2 months without a car.
