Third Party Claim

I had the worse experience with Discovery. Their client crashed my vehicle while my driver was stationery at a traffic light. I logged a claim on the 27th of September 2024 and till now I have not been assisted. My claim was assigned to Mathapelo Bokaba Legal Liabilities Advisor, this lady has never called me. She only sent one email requesting for my documents and the claim form. I have called the call center a million times with no assistance. In other words, their client will get away with damaging my car while her car has been fixed. They do not live to their values. Their client was wrong but I had to suffer finically as they have not assisted me.
