My car was hit by their client over 2 months ago. When I first spoke to Leandra she was nice and seemed to want to help me.<br> She responded to my emails quickly. I went for damage assessment on my car. She said the results would take 3-4 days to get back to her. After a week I emailed asking what was the next step. She couldn't remember me and asked questions like,\What is your claim number?"and \""When did you take the car for an assessment?\""<br> Confused"
