Third party claim

I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars. I cannot begin to stress just how absolutely appalling your customer service is. Pabie Kekana is horrible at her job. I have sent multiple emails and struggled to get hold of her telephonically on several accasions. The only saving grace is that my insurance is through Santam, a far more competent company who will never leave a claim outstanding like this. I am truly surprised you are still in business.

I cannot express just how much I don't recommend Discovery insurance.

PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS ON MY CLAIM!!!
