Third Party Claim
<p>Discovery client drove into the back of my vehicle, it's been nearly two months and no assessor and even no contact from Discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery what is the delay? Your client drove into the back of my car while I was stationed at a red robot, should I repeat STATIONED AT A RED ROBOT, so it can't take two months to investigate something that is obviosly her fault!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please stop your delay and get my car assessed and fixed, I will only wait one more week before I get my lawyer involved.</p>

Now Discovery is claiming the I didn't send through the claim form, however there is a full mail trail showing that my insurance forwarded my claim form and all other required documents on the 17 March 2017, my insurance company told me that Discovery did notify him that they will send an assessor to assess the damage.
This is even more shocking considering they are now accusing me for the delay, but Discovery Insurance didn't do their job.
