Think twice before you join Discovery!

I had an accident with my vehicle around 10/12 and I am STILLLLLL waiting for these people to let me know when they will be refunding me my premiums. I had to practically beg them for service when I started with my claim and after running my phone bill up sky high , they eventually paid . Now I am having the exact same problem with my premiums which need to be refunded. They have no respect for their clients. If you call in to ask for assistance, they lie to you and if they cant be bothered to answer you they say they will call you back, which they NEVVVVVER do. I can honesty say I have never received such disgraceful service from any company in my whole life. I am shocked that they still have any customers left ! Please pay me my money so I can be done with your company!
